Avo Breakfast

Ingredients:
Ripe Avo
Fresh Lemon juice
Pink Himalayan Crystal Salt
Seed Mix (Poppy, sesame, Sunflower and Pumpkin)
Cayene Pepper
Fresh Coriander

Method:

Halve the Avo
Squeeze a little fresh lemon juice over and sprinkle lightly with pink himalayan salt. Sprinkle with seed mix and a little cayene pepper.
Garnish with fresh coriander.

This is a great way to start the day and to get plenty of those good nutrients packed into a quick and fresh tasting meal.
