Ingredients:
Free Range Eggs
Whole grain bread
Sundried Tomatoes in oil
Fresh Basil
Fresh Spinach
Pink Himalayan Crystal Salt
Paprika
Fresh Rosemary
Method:
Toast the bread lightly.
Fry two eggs to your liking.
On a plate arrange the toast each topped with a handful of Fresh Spinach mixed with some sweet basil.
Top with some chopped up sun dried tomatoes (that came in oil so no extra is needed). Sprinkle with a pinch of himalayan salt , smoked paprika and very finely chopped fresh rosemary.
