Mango Smoothie

Ingredients:

Filtered water
Mango
2 x bananas
Apple
Raw Honey
Cinnamon for garnish
Desiccated coconut for garnish
Mint for garnish

Method:

Chop the 1 x Mango, 1 x Apple and 2 bannanas into manageable pieces. Blend together with 1 TBLs of honey and a small amount of water (third of a cup). Start with less water and add slowly should the consistency be too thick.
Pour into a glass and top with some desiccated coconut, cinnamon and fresh mint.
