Orange, Herb & Seed Breakfast Salad

Ingredients:
Orange
Fresh Coriander
Seed Mix
Freshly squeezed Apple Juice
Fresh Lavender for garnish

Method:

Peel and segment the orange. I like to keep some as segments and chop others smaller. Change in size and texture does wonders for the pallet and the overall experience in taste. Top with a small bunch of Fresh Coriander. Sprinkle with a seed mix (I like poppy, sesame, chia, sunflower and pumpkin)
Garnish with some lavender petals. Juice one granny smith or sweeter apple if you like to pour over the salad before eating. I transferred mine to a bowl after the photo before pouring over the apple juice.
